We are currently working on a 10-14 working day turn around time from the date of your purchase. (This doesn’t include weekends) We have different shipping costs and delivery slots to suit you. If you need something quickly and you’re unsure of which postage to select please DM us on Instagram or email us and we can discuss what’s best for you 💕



Whether this is because we are out of stock or you would like something more tailored to your body shape we definitely have the answer for you!

If we are out of stock we do hope we will get it back soon but some of our pieces are very limited as we like one of a kind prints and designs so you have the uniquest outfit EVER! 

We do offer custom sizes. This will be 3 measurements of the bust, waist and hips and can be left in the note section at checkout. Furthermore you can get in touch with us to advise you on which size is best for you! 


We hate to hear that you wish to return your outfit but in case that you do! For the return process to start you must email us (elleandpaigeclothing@gmail.com) your reasons for the return and this must be done within 1 week of receiving your ordered and we will provide you with the return address. The return process must be paid for by you as we are a small business we don’t currently offer free returns. Once the outfit arrives back to us and it’s in the perfect condition as it left us we will issue you a refund. If the outfit has tags removed, been worn or has an imperfection (rips  snags, marks etc) we will refund you partially.
